In accordance with our Covenants, all exterior changes
to our homes must be reviewed by the Architectural Review
Committee (ARC) and approval must be received prior to their implementation.
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is comprised of Wessynton
volunteers. The ARC reviews and evaluates homeowner requests to make exterior
changes to their homes in accordance with Articles VII and VIII of the
Covenants.
Additionally, in accordance with Article IX of the Bylaws,
the ARC advises the Board of any infraction of the Covenants. In performing
these duties, the ARC is wholly accountable to the Board.
